Description
The Duke DY 8900 is a single needle 360° horizontal rotary curved post bed compound feed lockstitch sewing machine designed for stitching large, three-dimensional, and curved products. Its unique 360° horizontal rotating curved post bed allows the operator to easily maneuver the material around the sewing area, making it suitable for applications where conventional post bed machines may have limited accessibility.
The machine features a unison feed system and a specially designed rotating curved post for smooth and controlled material feeding. Its curved post construction is particularly useful for sewing boots, bags, suitcases, and other three-dimensional leather products.
The specially designed feed rock shaft also allows convenient assembly, maintenance, and micro-adjustment of the vertical transmission, helping improve sewing and repair efficiency.
